As an investor you pay only a modest fee for listing your properties with our team.  Depending on the number and size of the properties, you may be eligible for cash back at closing.  Or we may pay for some of your advertising costs to aid in finding a qualified buyer.

A benefit of using our team is we are placing everything on the web.  There is no need for playing phone/email tag.  Ask our team about our new custom Contact Management Site.  It enables nearly all correspondence between yourself and our team to be concluded over the internet.  But remember, as always, if you prefer the human touch we are never more than a phone call away.
