Jessica Christopher, Team Lead

I essentially work as the Marketing Director.  My job is to create the "playbook" for the life of the listing.  I set the correct price.  Not the one that will sell the quickest, but the one that is beneficial to you.  Once we have done that, I set our advertising.  I have multiple spots on the Featured Home section on Realtor.com.  All of my listings receive top billing and additional pictures as a Showcase Home, also through Realtor.com.  You are 2500x more likely to find a buyer for your home on the internet than any other venue.  We also do ads in The Real Estate Book, The Metro Magazine and Cox Channel 24 Go Scout Homes.  One of us will contact you (at least) weekly with feedback from any showings and any results of our actions.  There is no such thing as "no news".  We call weekly no matter what.

Starleen Moore, Residential Specialist

Starleen plays an intricate role in the sales process.  Not only will she service you in the search for your next home, she also services the buyers calling about your home.  No agent knows the fantastic details of your home like your Marketing Team, so she's not only able to push the finer points of your home to prospective buyers, she also assists me in tempting other agents to show your home as well.  By creating our team environment, each of us is 100% committed to our own roles in the process of selling your home!

Chad Christopher, Info Tech Manager

Chad is our entire IT Department.  He is a highly sought after web developer and computer programmer that has recently joined our team to implement all of our hopes and dreams as a Tech Based Real Estate team.  He has created organizational, marketing and planning software to keep us ahead of the game, and his latest creation puts YOUR HOME in a league of its own!  Upon listing with us, you will receive a custom designed web page, created exclusively for YOUR HOME, and used in all of our marketing to promote your home.
